Some of my antique player rolls
It is quite a lot of fun for me to collect old player rolls. So far, I have a small collection of about 130 of these old rolls from various companies and I plan to collect many more. The date of these old rolls ranges from 1903 through 1942. The roll I am most proud of is my Ampico "Let's Fall in Love," but the one I like to listen to the most is my Vocalstyle "Who Wants a Bad Little Boy" from way back in 1924. (The fact that this roll is 75-years-old should demonstrate the durability of player rolls. Just hear how good it sounds in 1999 and ponder how long a cassette or CD lasts!)
This is THE REAL THING from primarily the 1920s and 1930s, and was played on a real 1920s player piano. These are very typical songs from this period:

Everybody
Step The piano was tuned and the bass bridge was
repaired on May 9, 1998 and this is the result, and it is a good
antique roll.
